Dave's professional journey showcases his adaptability, leadership, and extensive expertise in insurance adjusting. He began his career as a Regional Sales Manager with the COMEX Group — later acquired by Sherwin Williams — where he built a strong foundation in business operations, client relations, and sales management. This early experience helped develop the communication and negotiation skills that would prove essential in his future roles.

In 2012, Dave transitioned into the insurance industry with his first catastrophe deployment during Hurricane Sandy. This marked the beginning of a successful career as an Independent Adjuster, where he handled claims resulting from hurricanes, wind and hailstorms, fires, and winter events. Over time, he progressed from standard claims to specializing in large-loss residential and commercial cases, particularly total losses and fire-related claims. He also gained experience working with contractor and vendor networks to support third-party inspections.

After more than a decade in the field, Dave moved into an internal role, advancing rapidly from Account Manager to Director of Claims by 2023. His leadership, operational insight, and commitment to excellence have established him as a respected figure in the industry — known for driving efficiency and mentoring others.
